Title: Hello from a stranger *sh*

Hey guys.
Just thought I'd share, today is a year since I last had to go to hospital for self harm. I've never been that long. Also in that year I've only sh'd twice. Again a never before thing!!
I wouldn't say I'm recovered but it's possible and I'm getting there!

No secrets. Hard work in therapy, being strict with myself, distractions and working damn hard! Got a tattoo today as a reminder :)

Sounds good... I love tattoos tho i have none myself... what did you get?

well done for working so hard at it... I guess there's no quick fixes.. it's all hard work.. but you did it and you should be really proud of yourself xxx
