Hi, I think it's about 8 years ago that I was last on here, it's all strangely familiar
I have been thinking about sh a lot lately, possibly because I have been talking to my councillor about it
It's been so long since I have had these feelings I don't know how to deal with them.
Just feels better to get it out there

It does sound reasonable that the connection is through your current discussions with your counsellor. Are they aware that it's affecting you this much?

Hi rob thanks for replying, yes she does know that I'm thinking about it more and more, I'm actually on a 'therapy break' at the moment for the summer, so I'm feeling a little vulnerable.
Just really feeling it at the mo
