Theres some fantastic reading in this, thanks for posting. Im learning about my bpd, an this is a fresh take on it. Thanks.

More info here http://caretraining.wordpress.com/freebies-and-downloads/ the guy who writes it suggests *emotional management*. He has an interest in MH and his online writing have been used on a uni required reading list for 2 years.

this information is really interesting especially on sh.
A dog has no use for fancy cars, big homes, or designer clothes. A water log stick will do just fine. A dog doesn't care if your rich or poor, clever or dull, smart or dumb. Give him your heart and he'll give you his.

I know I'm in my own world, but its ok they know me here:)

The police stuff is interesting, thanks for posting Faith, last time I was detained by the police there was a huge discussion about whether the police should take me to hospital or whether they should get an ambulance, a discussion in part because it was foot patrols that had detained me.

I have always been treated well by the police and never been taken to a cell.
When you feel like letting go, hold on.

Courage does not always roar.
Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".
