I used to take it orally, I came off it when in hospital and switched to depot of a different drug.  The main difference I noticed was that my sleep was disturbed when I came off it and would lie awake for most of the night.  I didn't have any other effects, can't remember if I had a gap between coming of it and starting the new drug.

Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow".

To be honest i don't recall experiencing any side effects, but it is difficult to be certain as i started another different drug almost right away, so i'm not sure what was down to which drug! Could you talk with your psych about what to expect? xxx
