Self-harm in the therapy room (Research participants needed)

Research Participants Wanted

Have you ever used self-harm as a way to cope and talked about self-harm in your own personal therapy?

Who can take part?
- Aged over 18.
- Personal experience of Self-harm
- Personal experience of talking about self-harm within therapy.

What will happen?
- Participants will be asked to take part in a one-to-one interview (via telephone or video) where you will be asked about your experience of talking about your own personal self-harm within therapy.
- Interviews will last 1 to 2 hours.

Your information will be treated with the strictest confidence and will contribute towards research looking into peoples experiences of sharing and exploring their self harm within a therapeutic environment.
