Hiya All
i hope you are okay (; Im very peed off right now  Last night I was moving my exercise bike into the living room and some how the entire exercise landed on my right foot, so i spent the night instead of exercising like I had planned just watching movies and now at 10.12 in the morning the next day it's hurting constantly i can barely walk on it, my plans of doing lots of walking and cycling this week have a gone out of the window. I have already had a few weeks off due to various reasons (depresion related) and i can't spent a whole day on my backside not being able to walk.
Any helpful advice and support will be grateful.

First, get it seen to by a doctor, or a&e.
Second, ice pack and elevate.

get to your dr asap hun
or nearest casualty or walk in center
til then ice pack and rest and elevate
if you can take anti inflammatories they might help too

Definitely get it checked, x-rayed if possible.

i have just been to the drs and they it's not broken just bruised. so it's rest, pain killers and icepack/peas.

well done for going hun
bruising can feel bad
you can get some arnica cream which might help a little but dont massage the bruised area as you may make it worse - bruising is internal bleeding

Thanks things sre definitely looking up for me and tomorrow im finally getting off my backside and i am not having another day at home
which is increasing my exercise anxiety
