Hi,
I had a pretty intense therapy related dream the other night. Thing is, I haven't been to therapy in a few months, and the therapist in the dream was a fictional one - not one I know. The other thing was that in the course of the dream the session was somewhat of a breakthrough in that I spoke about something I've never talked about before, and generally don't because it's too yucky. I'm a bit confused, and maybe thinking that because the therapist was imaginary that it was somehow easier to talk about, or that it's because the issue was playing on my mind. I don't know.
Has any one else had a dream like this?

Not had a dream like that but maybe it's your mind telling you that you're ready to talk about it with someone?
