Title: Impulsivity, emotional-regulation and self-injury (approved by admin)
Post by: KJC on January 13, 2015, 11:07:59 AM
Hello,

My name is Katherine and for my third year project as an undergraduate psychology student I am looking at the relationship between impulsivity, planning and affect regulation in non-suicidal self-injury. From this research I hope that professionals can gain an understanding of the variables that affect how self-injury alters our emotions. My study has been approved by the ethics committee at the university of Northampton in accordance with the British Psychological Society.

*The survey will not ask about personal triggers (however does ask about methods used), and is completely anonymous.*

Done but it's really hard to estimate the number of times I've harmed over the years since it's been such a long time...
