this does not make sense everytime i eat less and we're looking at ~ calories during the day i gain so much energy yet when i eat over ~ i loose energy. wierd or what?

maybe you should speak with the nurse? see if she can give diet advice.

you need over 1000 calories but healthy foods are important.

have a chat with her and see if she can help?

like today im on this diet [] and the remaining 5 i eat normally and i don't feel week and tired, yet if were to eat 2,000 every day monday to sunday i get weak, tired and sluggish.

You shouldn't be eating under 1200 calories a day even when dieting  :hug2:

I dont think it would work as when you starve your body and then eat, your body holds on to every calorie that you have put in it as it doesnt know when it will get more.

Also all the comments on the link say that they can eat what ever they want during the rest of the week so it doesnt sound like they are doing the 500 calories for the 5 days.

Its a very unhealthy fad diet.
