Um well I asked my psychiatris and psychologist and both said no.

Am in process of moving my cmht and i am hoping that this new one will listen better?

Will try a search for therapies locally and see what can be done.

I don't know how helpful this will be but there is a government white paper called something like bpd no longer a diagnosis for exclusion. Might help support your request.

i was told that they don't offer psychotherapy to those that are currently sh'ing because it can be very traumatic going through triggers and your past, and you are likely to feel worse before you get better. they don't want to make the sh any worse than it is already.

Yes Squiggle, that's their argument. But how is one to stop/reduce SHing without a type of talking therapy? This is the bit I'm struggling with.
