Temazepam

Been given this for insomnia wanted to know peoples experiences of it and how they felt the morning after taking it as I am weary to take it if I won't be able to get up for work

it made me sleep to start with quite groggy the next day but it soon wore off

try and distract.
waiting for it to work, and timing it or thinking about it too much will lessen the effects.

are you in bed already? have you done your nightly routine (brushing teeth etc). try and turn tv off .. lights off and put your phone away.

need to make sure your mind isn't too "busy" as they are taking affect x
