I'm going through a really rubbish time at the moment, struggling quite a bit, but won't go into the details about that here.
What I did want to say, is despite the things going on, I have been resisting any urges to self harm, and have very nearly made it to two years free, it will be two years on January 6th (day before my birthday ::P: )
So will concentrate on making it there, I think I will.
Slightly worried I will be a little daunted on where to go after I have made that target, somehow setting 'little targets' doesn't seem right after two whole years, but we will see I suppose.

:) fantastic achievement :hug1:, and remember no target is too little even after 2 years, each and everytime you resolve something without self harming is significant, thats what i find helpful anyway ::) you go girl x

Oh an my birthday is Jan 7th, which if im right, yours is too, going by what you said, that makes us EXTRA SPECIAL!! An dont forget that either ;D
Sorry to hear youre struggling, but you can do this, you know you can. Vent all you need to, and every target, no matter how little, is still a target and can sometimes keep us right.

So. Looks like i did it. 2 years in about 10 minutes. 5 years ago if someone told me i would manage this long i wouldn't have believed it!
