Anyone else taking part in stoptober ? I've decided to do it... For the following reasons:-

~ to save some money for Christmas
~ to help me with my running
~ to smell better !
~ because I like a challenge...

Anxiety Girl!! Able to jump to the worst possible conclusion in a single bound..

You have some good valid reasons there to stop! Personally, I think that even if you only end up smoking less, then it's a success because you're healthier and richer (and the government get less off you)...

I know people who are doing it but with different things. One is stopping drinking, another is stopping their daily Starbucks (please note other hot caffeinated beverage suppliers are available).

Good luck to you Jewel, you never know, after stoptober you might even carry on with the not smoking thing.

It's bound to be hardest at the start. Are you going to use those e cigarettes or nicotine patches/gum or are you going cold turkey? Good luck.  :holdingflower:

You just had a rough night, it doesn't mean you have failed for the rest of the month. Just give it another go tomorrow and see how you get on.
