I’m finding so hard not to Sh, I’m struggling much 😭😭😭

Hey, I know that struggle so well. I haven’t managed to stop for more than a week since I started so I’m probably not the best person to give advice, but I know how hard it is and I know you’ve done so well to fight against the urge, and to reach out for support here. Is there anything you enjoy doing that you might be able to do to distract yourself?
