has not got the guts to call for an apt yet...i do know that i need to, it isnt going away and does keep filling up but...i cant call anyone i dont know about anything at all, and they are quite harsh on reception about getting an appointment.

a lot of really scary (seemingly impossible) things to do inc calling the psych's secretary to check soem thing that i need to know to be able to force myself into going to an appointment at a new site. I think that i will try that tomorrow and then if it goes ok ill call the GP reception (because that is likely to go badly and stop me calling the psych)

Rang the psych's Secretary...she was really nice....exactly like she normally is...ni idea why that is so hard. Still building up to calling the GP.

Would it be easier for you to go into your GP surgery in person?

Cant get anyone to book an apt for me despite asking. Going in person is an option I think, might write it down
