Advice needed mt sa

Hi,i have an intial assesment for Sa counselling on thurs feeling really anxious,don't know what to expect,was wondering if anyone had any advice.

I had 6 sessions of this type of counselling some years ago, she took it really gently and didn't push me.

I think it's natural to feel anxious about something new.

Part of the therapy ive just finished involved councelling about the sa i suffered. To reiterate what Nightowl said, i wasnt pushed, was treat very gently, and it was taken at the pace i was comfortable with. Im glad its dealt with now.

Thx,just get myself worked up,I think its the fear of the unknown,the place where I'm going has a helpline I think,I may ring it later.
My greatest fear is social services or police involvement I still have contact with my abusers its a long and complicated history so I won't bore you with all the details,pls be assured I'm well over 18 so no protection issues.
