I am a journalist at the BBC in London and looking into the issue of self harm.

I am hoping to do an interview and record the voice or voices of children and teenagers who currently SH or who did so in the past but are now in recovery.

All interviews will be anonymous, only using your voice.

I'd like to talk about why you do it and whether any kind of counselling has helped you. This is a totally non judgemental interview and all names would be kept in strictest confidence.

Please direct message me if you are interested in talking to me. I appreciate the sensitivity of the issue. If you live London this would be preferable.

Best wishes
Charlotte
