Stumbled across an app called 'calm harm'. I've not explored it all but the main part is a set of 6 categories similar to the distractions list. One is breathe which has a gif to synchronise breathing to. Others are lists of distractions with different functions with a 'random' option which selects one for you. It's pitched at secondary/college age people but it seems ok.
I thought maybe some people might find it useful.
