Going to aquafit on Friday, may need a second swimming costume instead of washing and drying the same one every day.

Thanks Skye.

I've been asked to go on another course for my voluntary work, have said I will do it but a bit nervous as I don't think D who I work with will be on the course.

She also said today that some of the others in the team want me to type up some plans for them.

I don't know why I was being talked about in the team meeting but my CPN, who I have only met a handful of times, said I had some endearing qualities.

Signed up for a second training course in Dec for my voluntary work, a two day one this time, hope D is on it with me.

Been having a text conversation with J who's training  me for the Race for Life, I didn't realise how serious I've got to be, she wants me to keep a diary of everything I do!!

Says we need to train 2 - 3 times a week, can only afford one 1 : 1 session with her but will be swimming on my own and going to zumba and aquacise classes.
