Unfortunately today I slipped up, I just couldn't help myself as i was with boyfriend and felt really empty quite literrally without food whilst he was eating so ate and ate, but I am hoping to start fresh tomorrow.

Hello everyone :)

Everything is going fine for me at the moment, still only managing 4-5 days straight without binge eating and I'm definitely noticing the patterns of why I do it, such as if i have had a crap day and I am noticing that I am binge eating a lot when I am around G's house and if KB and S have pissed me off or if I am feeling left out I find it to be one of my big triggers. I am also noticing that weather can a big affect on my appetite. So i went to see GC (my counsellor) this afternoon at 4pm and she gave me lots of advice such as drinking more water throughout the day, chewing food slowly and drinking during meals. She also said that I need to start writing a food diary which I am going to do every time I eat a bite of food. I also find that I get bored of doing the same routines of study, apply for jobs, go to art group, go to mental health group, read a book, go for a walk and of course the usual day life activities.

Monday was absolutely brilliant for me as I am on the 4:3 and i really stuck to my calorie goals, Tuesday was also fantastic for me as for lunch and dinner I had two salads and that's just pure heaven for me. That's two days already without binge eating, hoping to go another two days before I meet my next trigger which is the weekend, however instead of just pigging out and letting the binge eating win, I am going to focus on my studies for my course and whilst I am on the bus I am going to be thinking of things I can round G's that don't involve any kind food. Apart from cups of tea and Pepsi max (without sugar and calories)
