16 days self harm free :)
« on: April 16, 2013, 03:26:20 PM »
I know its such a small acheivement but I want to be happy about it. I have the habit of restarting my little " how many days have i done well" chart everytime i feel ive relapsed too much. So i restart it a lot.. but just wanted to share the good news with some people who i hope will understand. trying to take things one day at a time.

I understand, I keep struggeling just before a month.
Do you have any plans to distract/relax when the urges are strong?
