Two Years Self-harm free.

I've been self-harm free now for two years and three days. I forgot on Tuesay when it was the actual anniversary because of the ongoing furore over Maggie Thatcher's death.

I just hope that will encourage people. It is difficult but we can do this.

Well done! You've done so well and I'm sure will be encouragement to lots on here.
I agree it can be done, I had an 8year gap. I know I can stop again. Not ready just yet but your post helps me think I can get there.
