Ice Cubes

Hey there,

I hear a lot of people mentioning there alternative method to SH is ice cubes. I have never heard of this before and was wondering if someone could tell/describe this to me?

When you feel like harming holding ice cubes tightly in your hands can give you the pain relief you may require.

Some people put red dye in the ice cubes so it looks like blood when it melts too.

Ice Cubes work best on the most sensitive parts of your body...where you feel pain more. Put the ice cubes on your nipples, tip of your noses, and tips of your fingers(on the flat) and just feel the ice cold pain. It might have with reducing your self harm, just to feel that release.
