I'm sorry you have to go through this. My sister has M.E so I know it's hell.

The others have given really good advice. You just have to find out what are you are capable of and do that. It can get better and you will have periods when you have enough energy to do loads. Just don't try and do too much because you'll wipe yourself out for days afterwards.

I know that's really hard advice to follow. Hang on in there. I'll be thinking of you.  :hug1: :hug1: :hug1:

google something called pacing
join forums and chat to people in similar boats to you whether diagnosed or not.
but in reality do not attempt to do too much in one ago as you will pay for it days after.
think of your energy as the motor on a car you only have so much before it gives out.
think of your arms and legs being the wheels and do not push yourself.
