The place I work has around 700 under 25's living onsite.
I've been asked to consider going on Mental Health First Aid training next year.
Whilst I have no problem with doing that, I'm a little scared that my own MH problems will come out into the open.
Does any one have experience of what it actually is? What it entails?
I can't make sense of what I found online. My head is too tired to look and process it online :(
