I came across some temporary tattoos on etsy link here (https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/593664370/anxiety-temporary-tattoos-15-pack?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=Anxiety%20kit&ref=sr_gallery-1-46) that reminded me of the 'butterfly project'. explanation here (http://www.recoveryourlife.com/index.php?categoryid=148). I wasn't sure if people would find it helpful. I'm sure there are many other places to get hold of similar things but they seemed like a good possibility because they are not obviously related to self harm, don't require you to draw anything and probably last longer than markers.

They seem really cool.

That's a really cool idea. Though these particular ones aren't to my taste it has inspired me to try them as a cover up in the summer. I plan to get some permanent ones so may be I could experiment with some temporary ones to see what works. :)

I have used temp tattoos in the past as a distraction method.
