I hope this in the right part of here. (if its not just move it to the right part)

so I registered on here on well just over a year ago and well I was in a bad place until October when it last happened and well I finally feel normal again although its still slowly and sometime I do feel it but av always been able to back away and distract myself and for that I just want to say thank you if you took the time to reply to my posts and also sorry to those I never helped I wish I replied to peoples posts and to help them but I always get told I say the wrong thing and well I wouldn't want to say the wrong thing on here so am sorry for that and I just want to let anyone know it does get better and it can end

sorry for this av had this on my chest for quite sometime now
