Recovery programme
« on: March 18, 2013, 11:54:04 PM »
I'm posting this here rather than intro/leaving as I'm not really leaving:

Tomorrow I'm going to start a residential recovery programme for 6 months, run by a Christian charity. I won't have any internet access, except one weekend a month I'm allowed to come home, so I may not be around much for a while. Hopefully I'll be back and able to offer other people some of the support that I have really valued over the years.

Right now I'm incredibly scared at the prospect of it all, but I'm desperately trying to cling to what other people say about this being an amazing opportunity to really get my life back.

Thanks to all those who have supported me, read my posts, and who run the forum.....It's been a great support to me.
*I lock away the pain and put away my fears, show you only my smiles and not my hidden tears *

*I like walking in the rain because no one knows Im crying*

Behind the mask....a silent scream....a hidden tear

Hon, no words left, was so great to chat earlier. You are in my thoughts and will be continually over the coming months. I am so proud of how far you have already come and I know things are overwhelming and scary right now but you CAN do this. So much love x

Good luck. I hope you find it helps.
