Just something I heard today which sounded relevant personally and I wanted to share. Sometimes SH is described as a 'cry for help' which never felt comfortable, but today it was described as a 'cry of help' sometimes. One letter fewer made it feel so different to me.
Don't know if that might help anyone else, but I hope it may.

More self-contained, somehow, which seems to make sense to me more than the other. A least, that's how my tiny brain sees it  :)
