You maybe need to try and keep being honest with them, about how you're feeling?
Keep talking to them.
They'll feel more settled knowing you're sharing, and not bottling things up.

The key thing is talking and being honest and real not hiding anything.

I don't know what your going through but I know a good start is honesty.
