Has anyone else been diagnosed with Delusion Disorder?
I was told a few months back that this was my diagnosis, I think it mostly fits but then I have other symptoms in keeping with Schizophrenia.
Anyway, how do you deal with delusions? I'm really struggling with them today and have been searching all over the internet for ways to try and cope and manage the irrational thoughts but I've found nothing.
It all feels so real, all the thoughts and suspicions and then I'll have a moment of clarity and see that it's illogical and can't be real, then they'll come back again.
I just feel like banging my head against a wall today to try and get it to shut up! Help, anyone?
