Missed the first 20 minutes of the final episode, but glad that things were looking up for the [featured] patients and they were able to move on.

In a way, I think that programme (linked above) was more triggering on a personal level because it felt more raw since they were all out and about in the community and not in a controlled MH unit (DCMC prog). This is not to so say the MH unit footage wasn't raw - of course it was, just in a different way.

And well done to Jess who did the presentation on DID, seemed rather inspired and took balls (same for the others with their contributions).

There is another MH program on bbc3 tonight at 9pm "failed by the NHS". Looks at why young people with MH problems are unable to get the right help and support. I think it's going to have quite a bit about SH and Sui in it, so it's likely to be very triggering.

i saw failed by nhs and i found it shocking in some sense but sadly agreeing with them particularly not gettin told of side effect till I read the packet.
