Quetiapine

Has anyone come off quetiapine? Am on a reducing dose and am just wondering what to expect?

I was quite ill when I came off it, but I started a new one at the same time so hard to know if it was side effects of new one, withdrawal from old one, or combination. Had flu like symptoms, nausea, headaches and brain zaps.

Thank you! Am coming off it because its not really made any difference, but my friend is on it as well and its worked for her.
