Sorry for just dropping in here but I'm not sure where else I can ask these questions.
I'm trying to gain weight now after being underweight (roughly the same weight) for about 8 yrs now. I'm trying to just eat more in general and healthily too but because I've never really eaten that well I don't really know how much I should be eating a day. I'm considering going to my doctors about gaining weight sensibly. Has anyone else done this? What will my doctor do? One thing I'm scared of is my doctor forcing me to gain weight. He does know how much I weigh and hasn't ever mentioned it so rationally I don't think he will do this. I'm fairly sure that I have got over my hang ups about weight but I am a bit worried that when I do start putting weight on that they will come back. I would like to start a family a few yrs from now and I want to be healthy for that.
