Nightmares
« on: July 16, 2012, 05:35:08 AM »
Ok so I really want to start trying to find some answers. After having a nightmare that was so distressing that made me cry, panic and be physically sick. Basically I have awful nightmares if I sleep facing the wall and only when facing the wall. I keep thinking it stems from a horrific nightmare I had when I was 5 that then kept me awake for nights on end because I was simply too scared to sleep. But 14 years later it's getting silly now! If I'm at my boyfriends I have no problem, his bed is in the middle of the room and I can sleep at either side with ease. I've searched online and the only thing I can find is about compressing either side of the brain which makes sense, but since the wall can be at either side I can't say this is my problem. I know this will probably sound crazy but after what I just experienced I'm desperate for answers x
