i'd like to think it's a one off.
like, for me, i don't take this stuff lightly. i just got frustrated and didn't know how to deal with emotion, but the thing is, i have been in therapy before to build up an arsenal of weapons (i.e. coping mechanisms) to deal with it. i feel like i failed... it's a strange feeling because i know in my head that i haven't. cheers for the support though.
just don't know where to go from here.
