Title: i'm back!

Hi everyone
Been a while since I've visited the site...I've had ups and downs...but since my first admission onto a psych ward in 2010 I've now managed to go SIX MONTHS without having to go back in!

Things are good at the moment, I can honestly say:

I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!!!!

Not sure how or  why things have changed but I'm enjoying the moment.

I can't remember the last time I cut (probably only a couple of weeks ago) and have no urges or inclination to do so.

I have had some very bad times so if I can eventually feel this way, each and everyone of you can feelthis way too.

THE BAD TIMES DO NOT HAVE TO LAST FOREVER
