Have started my new job!
They are all really friendly and I feel really relaxed there. Everyone is helpful and has let me help with things I will be doing so that I don't feel like a spare part.
The manager has been really nice about mental health stuff.
One thing I didn't expect was another member of staff to have visible scars...I think I made her uncomfortable because I kept finding myself looking a random times - not like staring....I didn't even mean to.
Not sure if I should appologise in case I made her uncomfortable or if that would make her more uncomfortable....her being there alone made me more comfy, she has been really helpful. I want to do the 'right' thing.
