first appointment with new psychiatrist tomorrow

I'm glad it went well and better than expected. It can be tough meeting a professional for the first time as you don't know what they're going to be like, it's pretty pot luck!

My psych usually gives me a slip of paper to give to the receptionist to book in for my next appt. I don't have a problem with talking to people so it doesn't really bother me, but if they ask you to speak to reception again just ask for them to write it down.

I hope this new psych will be helpful.
