PROPRANOLOL do I need to take it everyday?

I didn't take any propranolol today. Wondering is that is why I felt bad again this aft. I first took it when I became acutely stressed as prescribed x3 times a day but didn't read it properly as it said only when needed. I didn't think it did anything but now my anxiety, panic attacks, and adrenilin coursing through my body is ten times worse than then it did seem to have an effect yesterday. But i'm not sure when I should take it, everyday say once just to calm me down or only when I know I am going to or are having an anxious moment and don't feel I can cope. I take Citalopram every day. What do other people do ?

i take it every day for migraine precention and mirtazepine for depression
if your worried you could always speak to a pharmacist - they are really good at putting fears to rest

If you need it every day then take it when needed each day. If you are having a good day you shouldn't need to take it.

I take it for different reasons to you, but I take it every day.

Ha a good day what's that I had one the other day but it only lasted 1/2 a day. It took me by surprise I didn't know what it was !!
