Update...

Hey all... Sorry I haven't been around, I needed to move away from the forum for a while but thought I'd share some happy news for once!

I have finally found a job it's perfect and I'm loving being back in work I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such supportive people... I love the feeling work gives me even though I've been sssoooo tired by the time I get home ... The only downside is it's an hours commute but I'm managing it so far...

I've come off three of my medications (still on two) and am planning on coming off another one in March if everything is still going well... My CPN and I have been discussing my discharge from the CMHT  :yep:

Nothing's perfect but it's the best it's been for a long time, I've gone through nearly five years of hell and now I'm finally coming out the other side and rebuilding my life... I couldn't have done it without your support on here and I'm hoping now I'm in a better place I can support others... Xxx

Extremely good news.... well done for managing your way through those ' 5 years of hell ' 
It is great that work gives you such a sense of feeling and emotion.... - I often found this too....

Not only does it mean you are well on your road to recovery... but it also means you are beginning to find who you are again ?

Hold on to that , and keep pushing through the best you can =]
