distraction

I have become very good at distracting,
distracting until Im mostly numb,
Ive been praised by the cmht for being so adept at it,
I know I cant change various things in my life so I distract,and then I distract some more and Ive been doing that for a couple of years,
and on the outside I look calm and collected,
but I think Ive reached the point that distraction is no longer a positive,its a negative now.
Has anyone reached that point after a long spell of being well or appearing to be well,
cos I feel like I might bust.
Life begins on the other side of despair.
