Self harm worries.
« on: September 22, 2019, 12:54:38 PM »
I have seriously self harmed but I refuse to go to any authority that could help. All clean and dressed but very deep and have used sterile strips to close the wounds. But my care coordinator dismisses my self harm. I have done this after losing my grandmother who raised me in the 80 's lost my dog in march and have abuse from my neighbour daily. I put headphones on with music but that is what normally helps but nope. I need help

I suggest you get the self harm looked at. You need to take these things seriously.
