I can understand being reluctant to try meds again but sometimes they're needed for a while. It could be that a low dose can keep the worst of the symptoms at bay.


Online support is fab but it doesn't beat support in real life. Maybe sitting in a group and just listening to other people's experiences will help you make sense of your own.

Could you ring your GP for some advice?

Thank you. Feeling rubbish tonight, eaten too much over the weekend and now fallen out with fella this evening.
I've never spoken to this GP about any MH stuff, i struggle to verbalise it so don't think I'd do very well on the phone, sorry  :blushing1:

I'm crap on the phone too so I usually have to write a list of symptoms/worries etc and just read them out to my GP, I think GPs are used to that.

How are things going now?
