Haha. I have found an hour of time to rest today. I am quieter today. Still been super busy and out loads. Feels like I am running but not sure how to slow down.

Well, an hour's resting is better than what you've been doing lately. Would it help if you did something that could use up your excess energy? Even simply going for a long run?

That will just make me higher. Too much exercise can make a high mood higher. I am at work today. I am then going out for dinner with my bf. Then back to mine. I do need to start moving more and try to shift some of this weight I have gained.

Wouldn't some moderate exercise be helpful? Say, go swimming and swim as much as you can in hour or run as far as you can in an hour. As long as you stick with a certain amount it'll be ok. You could even plan it with the BF and do some socialising at the same time :).

It makes me higher rather than burns off energy. I find watching the TV quite calming. I am back home now. Going to have some drinks with the bf.

The pysch has reduced my antidepressants and reduced my antipsychotics. The antipsychotics were making me eat really badly.

Got a quiet evening. I have regained my energy and want to go out and drink again. Screw the meds etc. I wanna have some fun. I will try to take them regularly now they have reduced them.

I am going that fast I am trying to do everything at once! My head is buzzing, I can hear and feel it buzz. I am getting nowhere trying to get things done. I need to calm down.

 :hug1:

I sort of understand that feeling, I don't have bipolar but my brain goes too fast and I can't organise my thoughts well enough to get something done. It's very frustrating.
