I have to now live with the fact I got mildly pyschotic and was probably manic. This makes me sad. I also have to live with the fact that I have almost no money, certainly not enough to last until payday. I just want to cry. I cried in counselling today. I hope I am not going the other way. Now I am back on meds properly again I am also binge eating.
