Be honest with her about your mood, it can be a fine line between happiness and full on mania. She needs to keep an eye on you just in case.

How are you doing now?

I am ok. My counsellor thinks I am high. Some people say that me being high is a good thing.

Seen my cpn. She thinks I am high. She wanted to talk to pysch and increase my meds straight the way. She is now going to talk to him on Tuesday and call me back. I am concerned about weight gain on olanzapine. I did want it decreasing. She is concerned about me but says I am not dangerously high as I am eating, drinking and sleeping. She thinks I need to slow down before j reach burnout and crash. I didn't tell her what I have been doing with my meds.

Could you contact your psych and tell him that you haven't been taking the meds properly? It's very important to be honest with meds. Maybe say that you forgot to mention it?

Really well done for telling her how things really are. Hopefully there won't be a crisis now and you can get things stable again.
Maybe if you just be careful with your diet you won't gain too much weight? Be careful with fats/carbs and go easy on the booze and you might be OK  :hug1: :hug2:

Now I am thinking of applying for a job at a zoo looking after primates. I could try and contact them.

If it's something you want to do there's no harm in asking about possible opportunities. Just don't take on too much at once. I like primates, they're my second fave things to see after the bats :).
I liked the cheeky ones at Blackpool zoo that stole my glasses! What would the job involve?

Well, based on what you've posted here full time might not be a good option at the moment.  I know you want to do it but please put your mental health first.
