Out playing bingo, being really sociable at the moment. Showing some signs of going high but I think i am ok. Been a hectic day or group, shopping, bath, visiting mother and then out for bingo which I haven't done before. I am sleeping not as good as I did when I first went onto the olanzapine, but I am sleeping.

How're you today? You do sound like you're doing a lot more than usual - that is usually a bit of a giveaway.

Been to work today. I am ok. Had more energy and enthusiasm than my work colleagues. Been grumpy with the volunteers but the rest of the staff were also getting fed up of them

Some meds can make you feel a bit manic at first and it it settles down after a while, I'd say that if it doesn't settle or gets too much to handle then speak to someone about a meds tweak.
How are things today?

I am ok. In a good mood. Tired but still going. Boing lol. Also had a lot of anxiety today. Brain racing. My friend ran away from the crisis house. She has since got herself discharged. She is very suicidal, and it triggered me. I am also worried about her.

I'm not surprised that you're worried about her, we also feel for people in that situation because we've been there ourselves and we know how awful it can feel.

Tired but hyper is not fun, your body wants to sleep but your brain doesn't. Hopefully it'll settle down soon, med changes can really suck.  :hug1: :hug2:

My counsellor thinks I am on the high side of normal today, whereas last week I was on the low side of high. Still staying very busy though. Not sure when I will b**n out.

Would the high side of normal be happiness? It might be a good sign that things are settling down for you.  :hug1: :hug2:

Managing risk can only be a good thing, it's always a good idea to know what to do if the worst happens. It's great that you're taking responsibility for yourself and trying hard to get better.  :hug2:
