I doubt that you're being watched; apparently people can pick up on small things that can suggest you're struggling and that's why they ask if you're okay. I don't understand it very well either and I sometimes feel paranoid about it.
You're doing well holding down a job (way better than me!) so you don't need to worry about that.  :hug1: :hug2:

Work went better today but I got really irritable and shaky earlier I had to take an anxiety pill. I also worried that because my windows are open my neighbours are listening to me and judging me.
now hand over the tea bags and we won't have any trouble.... :police:

Dunno if I am coming or going. I am flitting around subjects and thinkj g fast as though I am high. However I am agitated and feel like I am low. I am all over the place today.

Hey Tucan, sounds difficult for you. Are you settled in your new meds now or still adjusting do you think?

Is it tomorrow you're seeing your cpn?  Does no harm to mention it to her as you've been feeling this way for a few days.

Is there anything you can put in place to limit things?

Struggling to concentrate on the TV. Probably good I didn't go out tonight. I want to have sex, I want to get married and have children. I am trying to slow myself down. I have difficulty with holding hands. I may try to binge watch some TV. Maybe something I have watched before. I am trying to do everything at once. I am struggling to work out which day of the week it is!

It could be anxiety making you worry about things, I get a lot of that. Sometimes I'm wife awake worrying about the fact that I'm in my 30s and haven't had a serious relationship/kids etc like everyone else has, even though I know that I couldn't handle it and 95% of the time I have no interest in having kids and find them downright annoying.
I think that it would be good to talk to someone though,   at least try to avoid doing something you'll regret y'know?  :hug1:
