Itís ok, I have plenty of meds to keep me going. I might call him next week, just to check if I can make up the dose in the smaller tablets. In theory, itís the same amount of meds, right?

Another dip the last couple of days. Was close to doing something stupid on Monday night. Somehow I didn't though. Still not sure if that's a good thing.

I'm still at work. I just have to get through today and tomorrow, and then I have an easy day on Friday, and then I'm on holiday for a week. Just two days.

I'm tired again. I am taking my sleepy meds, but they're not as effective as perhaps they could be. I think they help me with sleeping through, though, so I guess I should keep taking them. I don't like that I'm relying so heavily on medication though.

It is a good thing. Each time you donít act is a win. One step forward. Break things down into small steps, as small as they need to be to remain manageable.

Do you feel able to contact your gp if you feel Crisis could still be helpful?

Crisis won't take me back on at the moment because I'm about to go away on holiday. They can only help if I'm around at home.

My GP is off until after my holiday anyway. But that's ok, I can manage without him for that long. Being on holiday should help too.

Ah ok. Perhaps holiday will give you a much needed break?

I'm still taking the meds, although have tried a week without the sleepy ones. I think I've slept worse, but I've been less lethargic in the daytime. Gonna try being back on them next week and then try to decide which is better.

Still up and down. Don't want to be on meds, I should be just fine. I shouldn't need drugs to make my brain function

As long as they're reducing the bad feelings, the meds are doing good - and there'll be a point when you don't need them. Any other support in the pipeline?
